We can handle the design and development of spec sheets, patterns, and samples for your tech packs right here at our London studio. Our services include designing tech packs, sourcing fabrics, cutting patterns, creating toiles and samples, conducting fit assessments, and performing grading/layplans for production.
A common challenge faced by small businesses is dealing with large factory minimum order quantities (MOQs). To address this, we have eliminated MOQs for tech pack development, pattern creation, and sample production.
Frequently Asked Questions
Fit assessments can be conducted in-house with a live model. Detailed measurements are taken during the fit assessment, and any necessary fit or aesthetic changes are noted. Amendments are then made to the patterns based on the fit assessment results. However you can also fit the samples in your own factory with live models and can feedback comprehensive fit notes if you have the skills to do so!
Yes, clients are encouraged to be present either in person or via Skype during fit assessments. However, if not possible, we can also liaise via photos and email to discuss fit and design changes.
he final samples are constructed in-house at our London-based studio. Our studio is equipped with specialist industrial machines specifically set up for intimate apparel, swimwear, and undies.
We provide production runs starting as low as 10 per style/colour, which can include mixed sizes.
